One Stop® Xtreme delivers 55 g protein, 10.3 g BCAA's, 73g low GI carbohydrates and 5,000 mg Creatine (Creapure®) per 145g serving. As well as friendly bacteria and Digezyme® digestive enzyme complex.

It also contains the amino acids L-Leucine; Beta Alanine; Betaine Anhydrous and Taurine.

The vitamins and minerals in One Stop® Xtreme contribute to the maintenance of normal protein synthesis, normal function of the immune system and normal testosterone production.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

One serving is 145g, which is approximately one level 250ml measure (there is a scoop included in the tub). Mix with 600ml of water and mix thoroughly in a shaker cup or blender.

We recommend to take 2 x 145g servings per day.

On training days take one serving mid-morning between meals and one serving after a workout.

On non-training days take two servings, one mid-morning between meals and one serving in the afternoon between meals.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.
