Delivery Policy – HP Nutrition

Delivery Times & Costs (At a Glance)

  • • An Post Standard: €4.49 under €75 / FREE over €75
    (Estimated 1–5 working days, no signature)

  • • DPD Express: €6.90 under €75 / €5.90 over €75
    (1–2 working days, signature requested;)

Weight Limits

  • • An Post: 24kg per parcel

  • • DPD: 14kg per parcel

  • • Additional weight units charged at €5.90 per unit

International (FR / BE / NL / DE)

  • • €7.90 per parcel

  • • Up to 4.9kg per parcel

  • • No cans or ready-to-drink (RTD) products

Non-delivery must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date, or within a reasonable period following the estimated delivery timeframe, to [email protected].


An Post Delivery (Estimated 1–5 Working Days)

  • • Working days are calculated as Monday to Friday, excluding the day of dispatch, weekends, and bank holidays. Deliveries take place during these standard business hours.

  • • Delivery times are typically 1–5 working days from dispatch; this is an estimate only, not guaranteed.

  • • During peak periods, regional backlogs, weather events, or other operational issues within An Post, delivery times may be extended. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 days.

  • • One delivery attempt will be made.

  • • Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

  • • Orders cannot be cancelled or intercepted once they have entered the An Post network.

  • • If a parcel is refused on delivery and returned, a full refund will be issued once it is received and scanned into our warehouse.

Costs (Ireland Only – An Post):

  • • Orders under €75: €4.49

  • • Orders over €75: FREE

  • • Maximum weight: 24kg per parcel

  • • Over 24kg: €4.49 per additional 24kg


DPD Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days)

  • • Available for Ireland and Northern Ireland.

  • • Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day.

  • • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday.

  • • Signature requested; If the recipient is unavailable, parcels may be left in a safe place at the operative's discretion, with a photo taken as proof of delivery. This photo is accessible via the tracking link provided in your delivery confirmation. Once left in a safe place and photo proof provided, this is considered a successful delivery.

  • • HP Nutrition will always act on your behalf should any issues arise with the courier.

Costs (DPD Express):

  • • Orders under €75: €6.90

  • • Orders over €75: €5.90

  • • Maximum weight: 14kg per parcel

  • • Over 14kg: €5.90 per additional 14kg

European Address Formatting

  • • For EU deliveries, the house/building number must appear at the beginning of Address Line 1.

  • • Street numbers at the end may be truncated by courier systems, causing failed or delayed delivery.

  • • HP Nutrition cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect formatting.


Delivery Information

Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout, including:

  • • House/apartment number

  • • Building name (if applicable)

  • • Street, town, and county

  • • Eircode (where applicable)

Eircodes alone are not sufficient. If an order is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address, please contact us after it arrives back at our warehouse to arrange reshipment or a refund. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Responsibility After Delivery

  • • Risk of loss or damage remains with HP Nutrition until goods are successfully delivered to the address provided or a nominated recipient.

  • • Once delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.

  • • Parcels left in a secure location (e.g., apartment lobby, porch, locker) are considered delivered. HP Nutrition cannot be held responsible for loss or theft after delivery.

  • • An Post is a non-signature service. If the recipient is unavailable, parcels may be left in a safe place at the operative's discretion, with a photo taken as proof of delivery. This photo is accessible via the tracking link provided in your delivery confirmation. Once left in a safe place and photo proof provided, this is considered a successful delivery.

  • • DPD Express is a signature requested service. If the recipient is unavailable, parcels may be left in a safe place at the operative's discretion, with a photo taken as proof of delivery. This photo is accessible via the tracking link provided in your delivery confirmation. Once left in a safe place and photo proof provided, this is considered a successful delivery. Customers requiring guaranteed signature confirmation should contact us before dispatch.


Non-Delivery

  • • If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe, notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected].

  • • Claims after this period may not be accepted unless reasonable evidence of non-delivery is provided.

    • In the event of a safe place delivery where photo proof has been provided and the parcel cannot be located, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf to investigate further.


Refund of Delivery Charges

  • • If you cancel under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, refunds include:

    • • Product price

    • • Cost of the cheapest standard delivery option (An Post Standard)

  • • If a more expensive method was selected (e.g., DPD Express), only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.
