Usage Directions
- For Event Preparation: Take one sachet twice daily (morning and evening) for 4–5 days leading up to a sporting event.
- Post-Event Recovery: Continue the twice-daily protocol for 2–3 days after the event to accelerate muscle repair.
- Immediate Post-Exercise: Consume one sachet immediately following training to kickstart the recovery process.
