Trec HMB FORMULA CAPS contains Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyric Acid in the form of a calcium salt. This short-chain fatty acid is formed from the amino acid (L-Leucine) after each intense exercise or as a result of prolonged stress.

Take a single serving of the preparation - 2 capsules with 300 ml of water. Use 3 servings a day. On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before the first meal, 2nd serving immediately after training, 3rd serving at bedtime. On non-training days: 1st serving 30 min. before the first meal, 2nd serving 30 min. before the main meal, 3rd serving at bedtime.
