How to use Trec Multipack Sport?
Take a single serving of the product ‒ 1 capsule with 300 ml of water. Take 1 serving (1 white capsule) after breakfast, and 2 serving (1 black capsule) 30 min. before bedtime.
Recommended daily portion is 2 capsules (1 white capsule, 1 black capsule).
