DOSAGE OF NITROBOLON PUMP SHOT

Use a single serving of the product - 15 ml (1 tablespoon) - 3 times a day.

On training days: the first dose in the morning after getting up, the second dose 30 minutes. before training, a third serving immediately after training.

On non-training days: first dose in the morning after getting up, second dose between meals, third dose after the main meal. Shake well before use.
