Ingredients

Water, diluent (xylitol), niacinamide (B3), calcium D-pantothenate (B5), acidity regulator (citric acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), riboflavin 5 phosphate sodium (B2), preservative (potassium sorbate), folic acid [as (6S)-5-methyltetrafolic acid, glucosamine salt (Quatrefolic®)] (B9), thiamine mononitrate (B1), natural flavouring (peach, plum and raspberry), 5-deoxyadenosylcobalamin (B12), methylcobalamin (B12), D-biotin (B7).

How to Use

- Dosage: Adults use 4 sprays a day, taken together or separately.

- Application: Shake well. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.

- Convenience: Does not need to be taken with food or water, and can be taken at any time of the day.

- Children: Halve dosage for children under 12 years of age.
