Usage Directions

- Recommended Dose: Adults use 4 sprays daily, taken either all at once or separately throughout the day.

- Initial Use: Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.

- Application: Shake well before every use. Spray carefully into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing.

- After Opening: Use within 6 months.

- Advisory: This product contains iron, which can be harmful to very young children if taken in excess. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
