Dissolve a single serving of the product - 1.5 g (2 scoops) in 100 ml of water. Use 3 servings a day.  On training days: the first dose in the morning after getting up, the second dose 30 minutes. before training, a third serving immediately after training. On non-training days: the first dose in the morning after getting up, the second dose between meals, the third dose at bedtime.
