CREATINE MONOHYDRATE. CREATINE MICRONIZED  contains micronized creatine monohydrate in practical-to-use capsules.

Creatine increases physical performance during successive, short, high-intensity physical exercises. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. CREATINE MICRONIZED offers pharmaceutical quality and very good absorption. 

Take a single serving of the product – 3 capsules 2 times daily, wash down with 300 ml of water.
On workout days:1st serving 30 min. before the training, 2nd serving immediately after the training.
On non-workout days:1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals.

INGREDIENTS: creatine monohydrate (85,9%); capsule shell (gelatine; colours – titanium dioxide); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids.
